Profile:
Radley & Co are a leather goods manufacturer, selling through retail outlets with over 100 users.

Business Challenge:
Radley wanted to migrate from Groupwise to Exchange, with Virtualisation and implementing Citrix. Their small IT Department wanted to be able to share support bases in London and Milton Keynes and combine that with better e-mail integration and providing a scalable virtual platform.

Solution:
The solution provided support and management of desktops on multiple platforms – with Citrix – support once rather than for each desktop.

Benefits:
Reduced Carbon footprint and gave the IT team a more efficient infrastructure reducing basic maintenance time, physical servers. Also laid down the foundation for a easier implementation of a DR solution as their forthcoming project.
