Symbian needed a eDirectory enabled Desktop Management and Identity Management solution and after a tender & selection process chose b2Lateral

Solution:
Symbian had already chosen Novell eDirectory as their strategic Directory platform. Therefore, b2Lateral recommended Novell ZENworks for the desktop management solution and Novell Identity Manager for the Identity Management solution. This would then allow simple user creation, modification and deletion across the various systems including eDirectory, LDAP, Domino/Lotus Notes and Active Directory.
